1. Data controller

THE ADDS DIGITAL GROUP CO., LTD. (“the Company”, “we”), company registration number 0115563019933, located at 59/68 Chorakhe Noi Soi 8, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data collected through theadds.co, our contact channels, and our website, app, branding and digital marketing services.

2. How we collect data

We collect personal data directly from you through:

• Contact and quote forms on the website
• Phone, email, LINE Official Account (@theaddsco), WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger
• The chatbot on our website
• Sign-up or sign-in with Facebook Login or Google Login (where offered)
• Meetings, presentations and service agreements
• Cookies and similar technologies when you use the website

3. Types of personal data

• Identity data, such as name, surname, age, date of birth, nationality, ID card or passport number
• Contact data, such as address, phone number, email, company name and job title
• Account data, such as user accounts and usage history
• Proof of identity, such as copies of an ID card or passport (only when needed for a contract or required by law)
• Transaction and financial data, such as order history, tax invoice details and bank accounts
• Technical data, such as IP address, cookie ID, device and browser type, and website activity logs
• Information you send us, such as project details, files, images and chat messages
• Any other data that counts as personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act

We do not aim to collect sensitive personal data, such as health, religious or biometric data, unless you give explicit consent or the law requires it.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We collect, use or disclose your personal data for the following purposes, relying on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or your consent, as applicable:

• Answering questions, replying to you and preparing quotes you request
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Providing services, delivering work and after-sales support
• Payments, receipts and tax invoices
• Improving our website, services and user experience
• Internal company administration
• Marketing, such as news or articles (only with your consent; you can opt out at any time)
• Collecting feedback
• Complying with our Terms and Conditions
• Complying with laws and government orders

5. Minors

If you are under 20 or have limited legal capacity, we may need consent from a parent or guardian before collecting, using or disclosing your personal data, or act only as the law allows. If we learn that data was collected from a minor without that consent, we will delete it promptly.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it with your consent or where the law allows, to:

• People inside the Company, only as needed to provide and improve our services
• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, analytics, payment and communication tools, which must protect the data under contract
• Professional advisers, such as auditors and lawyers
• Government authorities where required by law or court order

7. Transfers outside Thailand

Some cloud providers we use may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. In those cases we put in place adequate safeguards as required by the Personal Data Protection Act.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data in paper and electronic form for as long as you are a customer or have a relationship with us, or as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, and longer where the law requires, for example accounting and tax records. When it is no longer needed, we delete, destroy or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already done lawfully
• Access and obtain a copy of your data, and ask how we obtained it
• Data portability, in a machine-readable format
• Object to collection, use or disclosure, including direct marketing
• Erasure or destruction of your data, or anonymisation
• Restriction of processing
• Rectification, so your data is accurate, up to date and complete
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee

To use your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 14. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. If we refuse a request, we will explain why by email, phone, message or letter.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, remember settings such as language and dark/light mode, analyse usage and show relevant ads. On your first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

11. Security

We protect personal data based on confidentiality, integrity and availability, to prevent loss and unauthorised access, use, change or disclosure. This covers administrative, technical (such as encrypted HTTPS connections) and physical safeguards, including access control.

12. Data breach notification

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee without delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it where feasible. If the breach poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also tell you, with remedial steps, through the website, email, phone, message or letter.

13. Changes and other websites

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the latest version with its date on this page. This policy covers our website and services only. If you visit another website through a link on ours, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

This policy first took effect on 1 July 2023 and was last updated on 17 October 2026.
